Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how Zeltra Works handles refund requests for online construction and engineering consulting services. Because our services require professional time, technical review, project planning, preparation of customized documents, cost analysis, communication, and administrative coordination, refunds are handled differently from refunds for physical goods or standard retail purchases.
By purchasing, approving, or engaging any service from Zeltra Works, you acknowledge that our work begins once project information is reviewed, internal preparation starts, documents are analyzed, a consultation is scheduled, or professional resources are allocated to your engagement. This policy is intended to provide clear expectations before a client begins working with us.
1. Nature of Our Services
Zeltra Works provides online construction and engineering consulting services, including project cost estimation, remote project management, construction planning support, engineering consulting coordination, schedule review, documentation assistance, and advisory project oversight. These services are custom-created for each client and are based on the specific project information, documents, deadlines, budget parameters, and objectives provided by the client.
Our services are not mass-produced products. Each engagement may require review of construction documents, budget requirements, contractor details, timelines, technical information, site-related assumptions, and client instructions. For that reason, once professional work has started, the service has already produced value even if a final report or deliverable has not yet been completed.
2. General Refund Rule
All payments made to Zeltra Works are generally non-refundable once work has started. Work may include, but is not limited to, project review, administrative setup, document analysis, internal planning, preparation of deliverables, communication with the client, scheduling, research, estimate development, consulting preparation, or any other activity connected to the service engagement.
- Completed services are not eligible for refunds.
- Partially completed services are not eligible for full refunds.
- Deposits may be non-refundable once internal preparation or project review has begun.
- Digital reports, estimates, plans, recommendations, and consulting deliverables are non-refundable after delivery.
- Refunds are not available because of changes in client preference, project direction, budget, or third-party contractor availability.
3. Refund Eligibility Before Work Begins
A refund may be considered if the client submits a written cancellation request before Zeltra Works has started any work. For purposes of this policy, work is considered started once we review submitted project information, begin internal planning, create a project file, schedule consulting time, assign personnel, review documents, prepare a quote-related analysis, or begin drafting any part of a deliverable.
If a cancellation request is received before any work has started, Zeltra Works may approve a full or partial refund at its discretion. Any payment processing fees, administrative charges, or third-party transaction costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in situations where the client has already received value from the service, where work has already started, or where the client’s own actions prevent the service from being completed as originally expected.
- The client submitted project documents and Zeltra Works reviewed them.
- A consultation, review session, planning call, or project discussion has already occurred.
- Internal project preparation has started.
- A cost estimate, report, project schedule, consulting memo, review document, or recommendation has been prepared.
- The client changes the project scope after payment.
- The client fails to provide required information, access, documents, or clarifications.
- The client decides not to proceed with the construction project.
- The client hires a different consultant, contractor, engineer, or project manager.
- Project pricing changes due to market conditions, contractor rates, material availability, labor costs, or third-party quotations.
- Delays occur due to contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, suppliers, permitting offices, or other third parties.
5. Deposits and Upfront Payments
Some services may require a deposit, retainer, or full upfront payment before work begins. Deposits reserve professional time, support administrative preparation, and allow Zeltra Works to allocate resources to the client’s project. Once we begin preparation or review, deposits become non-refundable.
If a service is divided into milestones, the client is responsible for payment for all completed milestones and all work performed before cancellation. Any unpaid balance for completed work remains due even if the client decides to terminate the service engagement.
6. Revisions and Corrections
If a deliverable contains an error caused by Zeltra Works, we may provide a correction or reasonable revision at no additional charge. A correction may include fixing a calculation error, adjusting a document based on information already provided, or clarifying a recommendation. Corrections and revisions are not the same as refunds.
Revision requests caused by new information, changed project assumptions, different contractor pricing, new drawings, revised specifications, or expanded scope may require additional fees. Zeltra Works is not obligated to provide unlimited revisions unless such revisions are expressly included in a written service agreement.
7. Client Dissatisfaction
We aim to provide professional, clear, and useful deliverables. However, dissatisfaction alone does not automatically qualify a client for a refund. Our services are advisory and depend heavily on the information supplied by the client and third parties. Differences in opinion, preferred strategy, contractor decisions, market pricing, or project feasibility do not create an automatic refund right.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Zeltra Works directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will review the concern in good faith and attempt to resolve the issue professionally. Unauthorized or inaccurate chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services, cancellation of deliverables, collection action, and restriction from future services.
9. Approved Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will typically be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment processor, issuing bank, and financial institution involved. Zeltra Works is not responsible for delays caused by payment platforms or banks after the refund has been submitted.
10. Final Decision
Refund decisions are made by Zeltra Works based on the status of the project, the work already performed, the terms of the applicable service agreement, and the circumstances of the request. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
