Service Agreement
This Service Agreement describes the general terms under which Zeltra Works provides online construction and engineering consulting services. It applies to clients who request, purchase, approve, or otherwise engage our services, including project cost estimation, remote project management, engineering consulting support, construction planning, documentation review, scheduling support, and related advisory services.
This Service Agreement is intended to establish clear expectations between Zeltra Works and the client. It explains the scope of our work, client responsibilities, payment expectations, delivery conditions, limitations of remote service, and the general rules that apply to every engagement unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
1. Company Role
Zeltra Works operates as an online construction and engineering consulting company. We provide advisory, planning, estimation, coordination, and remote project management support. We do not perform physical construction, demolition, installation, on-site labor, material delivery, site inspection, or direct field supervision unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Our role is to support clients with structured project information, planning documents, cost-related analysis, reporting, engineering coordination, and remote management processes. We help organize and clarify project information so clients, contractors, and stakeholders can make better-informed decisions.
2. Services Provided
Zeltra Works may provide one or more of the following services depending on the client’s selected package, project requirements, and written agreement:
- Project Cost Estimation Package — detailed digital cost breakdowns, labor and material estimates, budget assumptions, project quantity review, and preliminary timeline projections starting from $549.
- Remote Project Management Package — remote oversight of project progress, schedule tracking, contractor coordination support, milestone documentation, communication organization, and periodic reporting for up to three months starting from $1,899.
- Full-Scale Engineering Consulting Package — broader consulting support for larger construction or engineering projects, including design review coordination, compliance-oriented guidance, documentation review, project planning, and lifecycle management support starting from $2,799.
Service descriptions on the website are general summaries. The exact deliverables, deadlines, included revisions, communication frequency, project assumptions, and responsibilities will be determined by the selected package and any written communication between the client and Zeltra Works.
3. Scope of Work
The scope of work is limited to the services expressly agreed upon before work begins. Any request outside the original scope may be treated as additional work and may require a separate quote, additional payment, or revised timeline. Zeltra Works is not required to perform work that was not included in the original service description, invoice, proposal, or written confirmation.
Scope changes may include new project documents, revised drawings, major changes to project size, new contractor requirements, additional estimates, expanded reporting, repeated meetings, urgent turnaround requests, or additional consulting topics not originally included.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information. Zeltra Works relies on the information supplied by the client and third parties. If the information is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or misleading, the quality and accuracy of our deliverables may be affected.
- Provide accurate project descriptions, plans, measurements, drawings, documents, budgets, schedules, and assumptions.
- Notify Zeltra Works promptly of any changes to the project scope, budget, timeline, contractor selection, site conditions, or technical requirements.
- Review all deliverables in a timely manner and provide written feedback when needed.
- Maintain all required licenses, permits, approvals, inspections, and legal authorizations for the project.
- Hire qualified contractors, engineers, architects, inspectors, and other professionals where legally required.
- Make final project decisions based on their own judgment and appropriate professional advice.
5. Payment Terms
Fees are stated in United States Dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment requirements may include full upfront payment, a deposit, milestone payments, or recurring payments depending on the service package. Zeltra Works may require payment before beginning any work.
Late payments may result in suspension of services, delayed deliverables, withheld documents, termination of the engagement, or collection of outstanding balances. The client remains responsible for all amounts due for work already performed, even if the client cancels the project or chooses not to use the completed deliverables.
6. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Timelines may be affected by project complexity, client responsiveness, document quality, volume of materials, third-party input, scope changes, and the need for clarification. Zeltra Works is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed client responses, third-party contractor delays, permitting issues, or changes in project requirements.
7. Communication
Communication may occur by email, phone, online forms, project documents, or other remote communication methods. The client agrees to provide a valid email address and monitor communication during the engagement. Zeltra Works is not responsible for delays caused by missed emails, incorrect contact information, spam filtering, or lack of client response.
8. Revisions and Adjustments
Reasonable revisions may be provided when the requested changes relate directly to the original scope and are based on information already provided before work began. Revisions caused by new drawings, new project requirements, changed measurements, additional contractor input, changed budgets, or expanded client expectations may require additional fees.
9. Remote Service Limitation
Because Zeltra Works provides services remotely, we do not physically verify site conditions, measurements, material quality, construction progress, code compliance, safety conditions, or contractor performance. Any remote recommendations are based on the information available to us at the time of review.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement by written notice. If the client terminates after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment for all completed work, time spent, administrative preparation, and deliverables prepared up to the termination date. Zeltra Works may terminate or suspend services if the client fails to pay, provides inaccurate information, requests unlawful work, behaves abusively, or materially breaches this agreement.
11. No Guarantee of Outcome
Zeltra Works does not guarantee that a project will be completed within a specific budget, timeline, or outcome. Construction projects involve many variables outside our control, including labor availability, material pricing, contractor performance, weather, permitting, inspection requirements, and site conditions.
12. Entire Understanding
This Service Agreement, together with any applicable invoice, proposal, written service description, Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and other legal policies published by Zeltra Works, forms the general understanding between the client and Zeltra Works unless replaced by a separate written agreement signed or expressly accepted by both parties.
