Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Zeltra Works ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the services offered by Zeltra Works. By engaging our services, submitting an inquiry, or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our services or engage with us in any professional capacity. These terms apply to all clients, contractors, project owners, and business entities who access or use Zeltra Works services.

1. Company Overview

Zeltra Works is an online construction and engineering consulting company that provides project planning, cost estimation, and remote project management services. We operate as an online service provider, delivering all services remotely to clients throughout the United States. Zeltra Works does not perform physical construction work, nor do we serve as a licensed contractor in any jurisdiction.

2. Services Offered

Zeltra Works provides the following categories of services:

• Project Cost Estimation Package — Detailed digital cost breakdown and material estimation for a construction project, including labor, materials, and timeline projections. Priced from $549.
• Remote Project Management Package — Full remote oversight of a construction project for up to three (3) months, including scheduling, contractor coordination, and progress reporting. Priced from $1,899.
• Full-Scale Engineering Consulting Package — Comprehensive engineering and project management support for large-scale builds, including design review, compliance guidance, and integrated lifecycle management. Priced from $2,799.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement will be confirmed in a separate written Service Agreement prior to commencement of any work.

3. Scope and Limitations of Services

Zeltra Works provides advisory, consulting, and project management services on a remote basis. Our services do not include:

• Physical presence at any construction site
• Performance of any construction, installation, or physical labor
• Procurement or supply of materials or equipment
• Acting as a licensed professional engineer of record in any jurisdiction unless explicitly stated
• Legal, financial, or regulatory compliance certification

All recommendations, estimates, and plans provided by Zeltra Works are advisory in nature and based on information provided by the client. The accuracy of our outputs depends upon the completeness and accuracy of information submitted to us.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging Zeltra Works, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the performance of services
• Notify us promptly of any material changes to project scope, budget, timeline, or site conditions
• Ensure that all contractors, subcontractors, and third parties involved in your project are informed of the role of Zeltra Works
• Make timely payment in accordance with the agreed payment schedule
• Review all deliverables within five (5) business days of receipt and communicate any concerns in writing
• Maintain appropriate licenses, permits, and legal authorizations for your construction project

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for all services will be outlined in the applicable Service Agreement. General terms include:

• A deposit or full payment may be required prior to commencement of services
• All fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD)
• Invoices are due within seven (7) days of issuance unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• All payments are non-refundable except as provided in the Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

All deliverables, reports, estimates, schedules, methodologies, and documentation produced by Zeltra Works remain the intellectual property of Zeltra Works until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the specific project for which they were created. Resale, redistribution, or use for other projects without written consent is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

Zeltra Works treats all client-submitted information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform the contracted services, as required by law, or with your written consent. Clients agree that proprietary methodologies, pricing structures, and internal processes of Zeltra Works are confidential and shall not be disclosed to competitors or third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Zeltra Works makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any deliverable. Construction cost estimates are projections based on available information and prevailing market rates and do not constitute guarantees of actual project costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeltra Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to construction overruns, project delays, or third-party contractor performance. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service to which the claim relates.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice of at least five (5) business days. In the event of client-initiated termination, fees for work completed to date will be invoiced and remain payable. Zeltra Works reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of breach of these Terms or non-payment.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration in Hardin County, Kentucky, if not resolved within thirty (30) days.

12. Amendments

Zeltra Works reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated with at least fourteen (14) days' notice.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with any executed Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zeltra Works and supersede all prior understandings, negotiations, and representations regarding the subject matter herein.
